TitleGameFrames.com will submit shipping information to our respective shipping company in order for you to receive your order. TitleGameFrames.com uses USPS and UPS for shipping our product. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Expedited processing and shipping is avaiable for an additional charge upon checkout (rates are automatically calculated based on the buyers address.) If the merchandise was damaged during the shipping process we please contact us immediately.
