• What materials are your frames made from?
• All of our frames are composed from a variety of wood grains. All of our frames are made from all-natural fibers and are built to last for generations. These offer a rougher texture, and the natural wood finish adds a subtle classic quality to the frame.
• What is the difference between the Standard Frame and Premium Frame?
• Each frame includes real UV-protected panels, with a protective backing, and nailed hangers. Standard Frame – Includes real wood, UV plexi glass, backing, and hooks for the wall. The budget-friendly standard frame is optimal to lighten up your most appreciated sports moment, poster, photograph. Premium Frame – Includes premium wood wrapped in black coating, UV glare-resistant glass, backing, double mat, and hooks for the wall. This Wood Tones 1 name brand frame is a one-of-a-kind frame that you aren't going to find in most frame retail stores. • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
• All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 days of placing your order. Everything is shipped via USPS priority mail, which generally takes 2-4 business days to receive. For time-sensitive requests, we offer expedited processing and shipping for an extra charge. You can choose between free and expedited shipping during checkout.

• We're convinced that you will be more than happy with the quality of your prints and frames when they arrive. If you are not satisfied for any reason, return your purchase within 14 days of receipt in the same condition for a full refund, no questions asked.
